A very fun tryout session for novices and beginners. Have you ever wondered what ‘meditation’ is all about but didn’t want to be trapped into long uncomfortable sessions, or have to sit through ‘hippy trippy’ stuff?
Then this is for you – you get to sample a few different types of meditation, interpreted from a variety of disciplines – each no more than a few minutes long. Without all the ‘bells and whistles’ you’ll get to find out – could meditation help you in your daily work life? What type of meditation might suit you best?
