C4 Media is the second all remote company I’ve worked at, and the first one where I felt that remote woking really works well. A lot of how this can be made to work isn’t particularly obvious, and I find it fascinating. In this talk I want to share what I’ve learnt from seeing remote working done well, and done not so well, so you can spot common pitfalls and learn how to avoid them.
